The renovated store will open at 8:00 am with the first 300 customers receiving coupons for free breakfast fixings.The newly remodeled 66,700 square foot store is the first Smith’s in Utah to implement a brand new décor package. Added throughout the remodel are two large carousel self check-out stations for larger grocery orders to compliment the four smaller self-check-out stations; a gourmet olive and soup bar; a self- serve artisan bread collection with slicer; and an expanded pharmacy to accommodate private consultation.
With the changes made in this remodel, the store will now utilize the most up to date energy savings technologies available to reduce energy use.
