*I wanted to add that this deal will very by store. The printed B1G1 Re-Fill free should be accepted. However I was told no at 2 different Targets. They told me I was stacking coupons on the Scrubbing Bubble starter kit. It is not true. That coupon in for the item re-fill. It even says on the coupon for the store to write in the amount of the ITEM... meaning refill not Scrubbing Bubbles. I have called Target and they agree that it looks as if I am stacking the coupon, when I faxed them a copy of the coupon, they agree it is for the refill item. However they told me that it is up to the manager at this point.  It needs to be more clear and outlined in their coupon policy.  I am in the process of working with the manufacture and Target to make this clear for coupon users. I will keep you updated :)
