There are so many time I have been at the store and I see a great deal on food... but there is no way my family will eat all of it before it goes bad. So what do you do? I freeze everything!
Here is what I do what cheese-
'String Cheese' for the kids.
I shred the rest so that I can pull out smaller portions. This way I can freeze the small bags and then when I am having Tacos I just pull out one small zip lock baggie.
I cut and freeze veggies too. This makes it so easy and when I am making Fajitas, I just pull out one bag and cook them. This way I can get them at a great price and they wont go bad. I don't think I could pull them out and dip them in ranch and just eat them- but they taste great in recipes.
