Vanessa Hart died on Sunday Afternoon. I only got to spend a few family dinners with Vanessa, she was such a sweet girl.

A 21-year-old woman is in jail accused in the death of four-year-old, Vanessa Hart, Sunday afternoon.

Marina Nacarro was babysitting the toddler Sunday. Police say that afternoon Nacarro called to say Vanessa had fallen down the stairs.

Vanessa was rushed to the hospital for surgery, but died. And doctors don’t believe she fell.

Navarro was arrested on suspicion of child abuse homicide.

Now Vanessa’s mother is begging for answers.

Vanessa’s father, Clint Hart, was arrested on child abuse charges. His incidents are believed to have occurred before Sunday.
